On July 8, 2024, Dollar Tree, Inc. (the “Company”) amended and restated its Code of Conduct (the “Code”). The Code applies to all the Company’s directors and associates, including its Chief Executive Officer and senior financial officers.
The Code builds on and replaces the Company’s existing Code of Business Conduct to provide an expanded set of expectations, rules, and resources regarding a variety of topics, including integrity, conflicts of interest, workplace safety and belonging, fair competition, compliance with laws, recordkeeping, protection of Company assets, data, and personal information, and sustainability and environmental responsibility.
